AMENITIES & LODGING​

  • Our wellness sanctuary is nestled along the sacred Ayung River with beautiful garden & ponds surrounding the property

  • Bamboo and traditional thatched roofing with wooden floors and a spacious terrace flanking Bali's sacred Ayung river

  • Each suite is surrounded by a sweeping mosquito net with an open-air bathroom

  • Private bamboo bathhouses in each suite feature large open-air bathtubs hewn from a volcanic stone

  • Each room provides guests with fresh towels, robes, slippers, hair dryer, and signature bath amenities

  • Rooms have ceiling fans, AC, mosquito nets, natural bug repellant, a safety deposit box for valuables, and access to wifi

  • Suites come with aromatic incense sticks, Balinese aromatic herbal teas, organic Juria coffee, and a hot water kettle

  • Our hosts will provide access to a shuttle service into the heart of Ubud for our exploration and excursions

  • A complimentary Village Walk and Garden Tour will allow you to explore further the village and also the organic garden​

TRAVEL SUGGESTIONS

  • Flight recommendations will be sent to all registered guests

  • Please secure your space with a non-refundable deposit prior to booking flights

  • We will be sharing a large shuttle to our accommodations so syncing flights will be necessary

  • It is common for folks to extend their travel in order to explore different parts of the continent ​

PLEASE NOTE

  • Always check visa and passport requirements when traveling outside of your Home Country

  • Ensure that your passport is valid for 3 months beyond to your departure date in Bali (August 2025)

  • Be sure to check in with your hosts prior to booking flights for arrival time suggestions

  • There is a one-time Bali Tourist Tax of 150,000 IDR (Approx. $10-$15 USD) to be paid online or at the airport

DISCLAIMERS & CANCELLATION POLICY

​

  • A full refund can be arranged (less the deposit) for any cancellations that are 61 days prior to the retreat dates 

  • Please discuss any special circumstances with your hosts in the event of an emergency

  • Fivelements Retreat, Kimmel, and Jessi are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing personal property

  • Fivelements Retreat, Kimmel, and Jessi are not responsible for any airline-related issues or cancellations

  • All reservations are secured on a first-come, first-serve basis (spaces are limited & cannot be held without deposit)

  • Your room-mate will be assigned to you unless specified in advance (e-mail your hosts)

  • Outstanding retreat fee balance can be paid via a payment plan and is due in full by the end of February, 2025

  • Retreat liability contract must be signed and returned prior to the first day of the retreat

  • Suites vary in layout, beds will be king sized (for single) or double (for shared) - each room is priced equally

  • Dietary needs can be met at no additional cost provided they are arranged in advance (e-mail your host)
